He is also currently pursuing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
He is the Partner at Nexgen Professional Associates, where he provides strategic leadership, oversees academic and professional activities, develops learning initiatives, and contributes to the growth and development of aspiring accounting and finance professionals.
He has professional experience with Beresfords Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, where he gained valuable exposure to UK statutory accounting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.

He has also served as Head of Internal Control at Dele Olaiya & Associates, where he contributed to strengthening internal control processes, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
As an experienced educator, Ibrahim currently lectures professional accounting students in courses including Strategic Financial Management, Financial Management, Performance Management, and Case Study for ICAN students. He has supported and mentored students in achieving success in professional examinations and advancing their careers.

He currently practices within the audit and assurance profession, bringing a wealth of cross-industry experience to client engagements and professional development initiatives.

Onyinye Christiana Nnaemeka is a Chartered Accountant and Data Analytics professional with experience spanning both the public and non-profit sectors. She holds the prestigious Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) designation and has earned the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (BIDA) certifications from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).

Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), she is committed to continuous professional development and excellence in finance, accounting, and data-driven decision-making. Her career has included impactful contributions to several non-governmental organizations (NGOs), where she supported financial management, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.

She currently serves in the public sector, leveraging her expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and performance management to drive accountability and operational efficiency. Passionate about mentorship and capacity building, Onyinye is dedicated to empowering aspiring professionals with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation required for success in today’s dynamic business environment.

Ajibola Ma’roof Ibraheem is a graduate of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree. He had his HND in Accounting in the year 2001. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accounting of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow member of the Institute of Islamic Finance Professional, Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN), Graduate member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), member of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Canada and a Certified Islamic Finance Executive (CIFE) from Ethica Institute of Islamic Finance, Dubai, United Arab Emirate. He completed his academic work for a Master Degree in Accounting at the Premier of the North (Ahmadu Bello) University-ABU- Zaria, and qualified as a member of the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (USA) Incorporation with Masters in Forensic Investigation.

He commenced his professional career with Exigency Management Consultants (Accounting, Auditing and Consultancy), Fakunle area in Osogbo in 1998. He has since then acquired various experience in Accounting, Auditing and Consulting through recognized firms of Chartered Accountants, including A. Z. Opeifa & Co (Chartered Accountants), Wuse Zone 6, Abuja, Partner at Shehu Mohammed & Co (Chartered Accountants) and now, the Managing Partner at Ibraheem Ajibola & Co (Chartered Accountants).

He lectures Advanced Audit and Assurance, Management, Governance and Ethics (Corporate strategic Managements and Ethics) over the years with ICAN Accredited Tuition Centres for Professional and Training Centres of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) Students in Abuja especially; Bratim Training Centre, National Library Building, Alpha Marshal Professional Tuition Centre, Kubwa, and Area 11 Garki, Sky Professional Tutors, Zone 3 Wuse Abuja and POTEC Training Centre, Kubwa, Abuja Mahkinsey Professional Training Centre and FOA Professional (CITN) Training Centre. Kazeem Razaq is a Chartered Accountant, Tax Practitioner, Consultant, and Forensic Accountant with extensive experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit support, regulatory compliance, and business advisory services. He possesses a strong background in both private and public sector accounting, with expertise in the application of IFRS, IPSAS, corporate taxation, financial analysis, and forensic investigations.

He currently manages tax and statutory compliance functions, including PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, and regulatory filings, and has actively participated in several tax audit and monitoring exercises involving federal and state tax authorities. His professional experience also extends to financial modeling, investment analysis, working capital management, and business valuation.

As an educator and facilitator for ICAN examinations, Kazeem is passionate about knowledge sharing and capacity development in accounting, taxation, and finance. He is currently advancing his expertise through postgraduate studies in Business and Commercial Law, with research interests spanning digital economy taxation, corporate governance, intellectual property, and emerging legal issues in business and technology.

Driven by an insatiable thirst for growth, she proceeded to the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, where she has maintained a breathtaking First Class standing with a 4.77 CGPA.

But her academic prowess is not just theoretical. Showing an early commitment to professional mastery, she successfully qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2023. Ajenifuja T. Opeyemi is a dedicated accounting professional with a strong academic background and a passion for excellence in financial reporting, auditing, and corporate governance. As an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), she combines technical expertise with analytical skills to provide practical solutions to accounting and business challenges.

She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting from Babcock University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Accounting at the same institution, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She also holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting.

Opeyemi is committed to upholding integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards in the accounting profession. She has a keen interest in financial analysis, corporate reporting, and research, with a focus on applying academic knowledge to real-world business environments.

Maryam Oyeyemi ADEKUNLE is a distinguished accounting graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, with experience in tutoring and leadership alongside. She currently works in the Internal Finance Department at Adams & Moore Limited, contributing to the strengthening of financial processes and accountability. Maryam is driven by a strong interest in Finance and Investment, she has consistently pursued opportunities for learning, leadership, and impact, including serving as the President of the Students' Professional Bureau of Finance, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU).

An accomplished ICAN tutor, she has successfully taught courses across ATS and Professional levels, including Quantitative Analysis (QA), Cost Accounting, Performance Management (PM), Financial Management (FM), Financial Accounting (FA), and Public Sector Accounting & Finance (PSAF). Shamsideen Damilare Bello, ACA, is an Audit Senior at Crowe Dafinone with experience in audit and assurance, financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, and corporate finance. He has participated in the execution of statutory audits, financial statement reviews, and advisory engagements for organizations across various sectors, ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISA, and regulatory requirements.

Beyond audit practice, he has gained exposure to investment banking through financial modelling, valuation, and transaction support assignments. His professional approach combines strong technical competence, analytical thinking, and a commitment to delivering practical solutions that enhance financial performance, governance, and stakeholder confidence.
